Your tickets will be delivered in approximately two business days for metro cities and three business days for non–metro cities from the date of purchase. You can track your delivery on www.bluedart.com using the Blue Dart tracking number we send you by email.
We can only deliver tickets to cities where Blue Dart has a courier service. If Blue Dart doesn’t have a courier service to your village/town, you’ll need to provide us with an alternate address.
We don’t use the Indian Postal Service to deliver tickets because it doesn’t have a package tracking facility. So if your tickets were to get delayed or lost, we’d have no idea where they were, and no ability to retrieve them quickly, either.
Sign in to your Cleartrip account and go to the <Address & Payment details> tab. Update your delivery address here and remember to click the <Save changes> button.
