How will I get my paper ticket for my flight booking?
Once your payment comes through, we’ll send you your paper ticket via Blue Dart courier.
Where will my paper ticket be delivered?
Your ticket will be delivered to the delivery address you gave us when you made your booking.
When will my paper ticket be delivered?
Your tickets will be delivered in approximately two business days for metro cities and three business days for non–metro cities from the date of purchase. You can track your delivery on www.bluedart.com using the Blue Dart tracking number we send you by email.
Can I get my tickets delivered to a P.O. Box address?
No. Courier companies don’t deliver shipments to P.O. Box addresses, as they need someone to sign for the package.
Can you deliver my ticket to my village/town?
We can only deliver tickets to cities where Blue Dart has a courier service. If Blue Dart doesn’t have a courier service to your village/town, you’ll need to provide us with an alternate address.
Why can’t you deliver my ticket via the Indian Postal Service when the courier company doesn’t have a courier service to my village/town?
We don’t use the Indian Postal Service to deliver tickets because it doesn’t have a package tracking facility. So if your tickets were to get delayed or lost, we’d have no idea where they were, and no ability to retrieve them quickly, either.
How do I change my delivery address?
Sign in to your Cleartrip account and go to the <Address & Payment details> tab. Update your delivery address here and remember to click the <Save changes> button.
