What are the cashback benefits?

All Cleartrip for Work bookings have the added bonus of cashback. Enjoy cashback of 2% on normal flights, 4% on Work fare flights, and 10% on hotels.
Note: Cashback is calculated on the booking amount for flight bookings, and upto Rs 1200 per passenger.

What do I get in the Cleartrip for Work trial period?

The trial period is a great way to experience the benefits that Cleartrip for Work has to offer. The trial begins as soon as you sign up, it’s that easy. You have access to all the Work fare benefits during the trial period, i.e free flight modifications, complimentary meals on board, and nominal cancellation fees, and cashback on all Work fare flights and hotels. We’ll let you know once your trial ends, so you can verify your account and sign up for unlimited access.

When does my trial end?

You will have access to a limited number of Work fare bookings during your trial period. This period is not time-bound, but expires once you reach the booking limit. We will email you once your trial ends, so you can upload the necessary documents for continued access to Work fares, and its benefits.

My trial has ended. Can I still make bookings on Cleartrip?

Yes, absolutely! While you will no longer have access to Work fares or related benefits, you can still book tickets and hotels at the normal fares on Cleartrip.

Where can I upload my documents for verification?

In the profile section of your Cleartrip account, you will find a link to upload the documents under GST details.

Can I submit a different GSTIN for verification from the one I used when signing up?

Yes, absolutely. You can change the GSTIN to your preferred one on the profile page in your Cleartrip account. Ensure that the documents you upload for verification match the updated GSTIN.

I’ve uploaded my documents for verification. Now what?

The verification process takes 3-5 business days. We will contact you via email once the process is complete. You can also expect to hear from us if the documents uploaded are incorrect or mismatched, in which case you will be requested to upload the correct documents.
