Srilankan Airlines Baggage Allowance

In Sri Lanka Airlines, the baggage allowance is calculated based on the class of the ticket. 

When travelling in economy class, passengers are allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage that weighs 7 kg and 30 kg of checked baggage.

Passengers travelling in business class are allowed to check 40 kg of baggage and bring two pieces of hand luggage that weigh 7 kg each.

You may choose your seat and download your boarding card from the comfort of your own home when customers have SriLankan Airlines booking. Guests have the option to check in online on their website between 48 and 2 hours ahead of take-off.

About Srilankan Airlines Refund & Cancellation

Requests for refunds can be made through the airline's online refund form by passengers who have bought tickets through Srilankan.com or the SriLankan Airlines smartphone app and then wish to cancel their booking.

If customers need to change their travel dates or itinerary but don't want to cancel their booking, they can use the Manage My Booking option to make the adjustments online up to 5 hours before the flight's departure time. The first modification made to a Srilankan.com ticket before departure is usually free of charge. If there is a fare discrepancy, passengers will only be required to pay that amount.

To request a refund for tickets bought through a travel agency, please get in touch with that agency directly. A request for a refund through the online form cannot be made under these circumstances. Online refund requests must be submitted at least 5 hours before flight departure in order to avoid a harsher no-show penalty.
