The hotel comprises 278 rooms with sea view or golf course view including 1 presidential suite, junior suites, double rooms, superior double rooms and single rooms. The hotel rooms are well appointed and each room has a private bathroom/ bath/ shower, a private terrace or balcony and room service. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, mini-bar, direct telephone and safety box. The Junior Suites and superior double rooms have a lounge area.

The buffet restaurant is a modern style restaurant with international cuisine with show cooking (also caters for vegetarians). The restaurant is air conditioned throughout. The snack-bar Las Gaviotas is situated by the swimming pool and serves snacks & drinks throughout the day (open only in summer). The Brisas lobby bar is open for evening drinks and live evening entertainment.
