v We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. No cheques are accepted at the hotel desk.

v Any Cash /Card payments above INR 50000 would require PAN card for Indian Nationals only.

v All Taxes are applicable as per the GST Act 2017 by Govt of India.

v If there is any increase or decrease in the prevailing tax rates at the time of Billing, the same will be to client’s account, and shall be payable on demand.

v Hotel management reserves the right to refuse /cancel the booking if found inappropriate / suspicious without giving any reason.

v Standard Check in Time is 2pm and Check out Time is 12 Noon.

v Visitors are not allowed inside the guest room.

v Maximum occupancy in one room allowed up to 03, ( Note 02 Male & 01 Female are not allowed in one room except of the own siblings and family members) .

v Outside Foods are not allowed .

v Guests 18 years or below of age are not allowed at the property.

v Guest 18 years or below are allowed only with the parents /guardian.

v Pets are not allowed.

v Smoking within the premises is not allowed.

v All rooms are non-smoking , if found smoking will be charged INR 5000 towards cleaning and Maintence cost .

v Allows private parties or events on designated area charges may apply .

v Unmarried genuine couples are only allowed.

v Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property.

v Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)

v PAN Card, Office ID and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s)

v Local ids are allowed.

v Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability on chargeable basis by St Laurn- Koregaon Park. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. booking. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

v Only genuine couples are allowed , if found suspicious, or not genuine entry of the customer will be restricted , cancellation /refund as per the booking policy .

v As per the guidelines of the Govt of India , all the guest have to produce the copy of govt. recognized ID Card (Like Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Indian Passport etc.) while registering into hotel, Pan card is not valid for check-in ,into hotel. All the foreign nations / NRI’s have to present the original passport along with valid Indian VISA/OCI/PIO and to provide the copy of said documents for filling the Citizen-Form.




Cancellation Policy

This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
