Day wise itinerary
Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative at the designated meeting point. Proceed with a transfer to your hotel in Istanbul
Check in and relax before the evening experience.
In the evening, enjoy a memorable Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, sailing between the European and Asian continents while admiring Istanbul's beautifully illuminated skyline.
After the cruise, return to your hotel.

TURKEY - VISA REQUIREMENTS
Application forms (assistance will be given at the Visa application centre with free of cost)
Original Passports and copy with validity of 6 months.
Residence Visa and copy with validity of 3 months.
Emirates ID copy.\
Copies of previous Turkey, UK, USA, or Schengen visas copies, if any.
Two Photos (5x6 cm, recent in white background, dark colour dress up, without glasses)
NOC letter with Salary from Company in original letterhead and original wet stamps (e-signature/e-stamp are not acceptable)
Original Personal Bank statement for 03 months with Bank stamp and sufficient funds for an employee and self-employed (updated till 5-7 days prior to appointment date and e-stamp are not acceptable).
Pay slips for the last 3 months (for an employee)
Original Company Bank statement for 03 months with Bank stamp and sufficient funds for self-employed (updated till 5-7 days prior to appointment date and e-stamp are not acceptable).
NOC for Family or dependent (if applicable)
Marriage certificate copy (translated in English, if applicable)
Birth certificate copy for children (translated in English, if applicable)

Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1,500 will be Non-refundable.
Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
Following are the documents required for Turkey Visa:
Processing time: 10 -15 working days after appointment
Visa fee: AED 495 per person to be paid at the VFS by the applicant in person
VFS appointment charges: AED 270 per person
Note: Both parents are mandatory to visit for minor applications.
Note: If applicant is holding valid US, UK, Schengen or Ireland Visa (with validity of minimum 6 months), they can apply Turkey eVisa online *(conditions apply on flights/airlines).

Terms & Conditions
Rates & Availability: Rates are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Fixed Departure: No amendments, date changes or postponements are permitted once a fixed-departure booking is confirmed.
Itinerary: Itinerary, sightseeing and routing may be changed/swapped due to operational requirements, weather or local conditions.
Hotels: In case of unavailability, a similar-category hotel will be provided.
Bed Configuration: Bed type is subject to the hotel's standard setup and local practices. Twin/double bed requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Air-Conditioning: AC/heating is subject to local regulations, seasonal conditions and the hotel's/transport provider's operating policy and may not be available at all times.
Flights: Flight schedules, timings, routing are subject to airline changes and operational requirements.
Visa & Documents: Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas and all required travel documents. Visa approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation, amendment and refund charges are subject to the applicable terms of the airline, hotel, DMC and other service providers.
Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused, missed or partially utilized service, sightseeing, meal, transfer or accommodation.
No-Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrival resulting in missed services.
Local Charges: City/tourism taxes, resort fees, deposits or other mandatory locally payable charges, where applicable, are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
Travel Insurance: Passengers aged 75 years and above may not be covered under the standard insurance included with certain packages. Additional charges may apply, subject to insurer terms.
Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, border closures or other force majeure events, the applicable supplier/airline terms and conditions will apply.
Third Person/Child: Third-person occupancy will be provided with an additional mattress/roll-away where applicable. Child rates and accommodation are subject to the hotel's age and occupancy policies.
