Original passport - should be valid for 6 months.
UAE Residence Visa with minimum validity of 3 months from the date of return.
02 recent (not older than 3 months) passport-size (35mm x 45mm) color photographs (white background with dark color dress-up, 70%face cover and should not be used in any previous visas).
NOC from the company / sponsors (on letterhead with authorize seal & signature) stating current salary and position in the company, purpose and date of travel.
In case of Family no objection letter required from the sponsor (husband / father)
Applicants who are Self Employed should produce copy of valid trade license
Copy of passport with UAE residency visa page.
Return ticket (we will assist).
Hotel confirmation for duration of stay (we will assist).
Original Personal Bank statement for the last 3 months with minimum balance of AED 6500.
Marriage certificate / Birth Certificate for kids.

Visa fee : AED 400 per person (visa fee & assistance for documentation and submission on behalf). Processing time - 05-15 working days

The Embassy of Switzerland in Abu Dhabi reserves the right to ask for additional supporting documents and/or a personal interview

Rates & Availability: Rates are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Fixed Departure: No amendments, date changes or postponements are permitted once a fixed-departure booking is confirmed.
Itinerary: Itinerary, sightseeing and routing may be changed/swapped due to operational requirements, weather or local conditions.
Hotels: In case of unavailability, a similar-category hotel will be provided.
Bed Configuration: Bed type is subject to the hotel's standard setup and local practices. Twin/double bed requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Air-Conditioning: AC/heating is subject to local regulations, seasonal conditions and the hotel's/transport provider's operating policy and may not be available at all times.
Flights: Flight schedules, timings, routing are subject to airline changes and operational requirements.
Visa & Documents: Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas and all required travel documents. Visa approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation, amendment and refund charges are subject to the applicable terms of the airline, hotel, DMC and other service providers.
Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused, missed or partially utilized service, sightseeing, meal, transfer or accommodation.
No-Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrival resulting in missed services.
Local Charges: City/tourism taxes, resort fees, deposits or other mandatory locally payable charges, where applicable, are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
Travel Insurance: Passengers aged 75 years and above may not be covered under the standard insurance included with certain packages. Additional charges may apply, subject to insurer terms.
Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, border closures or other force majeure events, the applicable supplier/airline terms and conditions will apply.
Third Person/Child: Third-person occupancy will be provided with an additional mattress/roll-away where applicable. Child rates and accommodation are subject to the hotel's age and occupancy policies.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
