Visa requirements
Passport must be valid for more than 6 months
UAE residence visa must be valid for a minimum 1 month after return date.
Visas on arrival are subject to immigration approval sometimes
Certain nationalities holding a UAE residence visa with less than 1 year validity may be required to apply for a visa.
Notes
Passports should be valid at least 6 months beyond the period of stay.
It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
Check-in at the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & check-out is always 11:00/12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.

Quoted price is based on 15/30 passengers travelling together. If the number of passengers changes, the price will change.
Payment terms
Booking deposit: AED 1,500 per person, payable on booking confirmation.
Non-refundable deposit: AED 1,000 per person. This forms part of the booking deposit and is adjusted against the total booking amount.
Second payment: 100% of the balance amount, including all extras booked, payable 45 days prior to departure.

Terms & conditions
Rates & Availability: Rates are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Fixed Departure: No amendments, date changes or postponements are permitted once a fixed-departure booking is confirmed.
Itinerary: Itinerary, sightseeing and routing may be changed/swapped due to operational requirements, weather or local conditions.
Hotels: In case of unavailability, a similar-category hotel will be provided.
Bed Configuration: Bed type is subject to the hotel's standard setup and local practices. Twin/double bed requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Air-Conditioning: AC/heating is subject to local regulations, seasonal conditions and the hotel's/transport provider's operating policy and may not be available at all times.
Flights: Flight schedules, timings and routing are subject to airline changes and operational requirements.
Visa & Documents: Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas and all required travel documents. Visa approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation, amendment and refund charges are subject to the applicable terms of the airline, hotel, DMC and other service providers.
Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused, missed or partially utilized service, sightseeing, meal, transfer or accommodation.
No-Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrival resulting in missed services.
Local Charges: City/tourism taxes, resort fees, deposits or other mandatory locally payable charges, where applicable, are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
Travel Insurance: Passengers aged 75 years and above may not be covered under the standard insurance included with certain packages. Additional charges may apply, subject to insurer terms.
Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, border closures or other force majeure events, the applicable supplier/airline terms and conditions will apply.
Third Person/Child: Third-person occupancy will be provided with an additional mattress/roll-away where applicable. Child rates and accommodation are subject to the hotel’s age and occupancy policies.
Family Rooms: One additional bed is mandatory regardless of the children’s age, as bed sizes may vary by hotel and may not be suitable for sharing with parents.
