I travel between Dubai and London a few times a year, and by far, I have found British Airways to be the best airline for this route. Their economy and business class are both better in terms of service, quality of meals, the interaction of their staff and cleanliness of the aircraft. - by

I was disappointed with my recent experience with BA. I was looking forward to my flight for the first time after the pandemic, and their service deteriorated. It took a long time to check-in my luggage in spite of having booked it online. The food stall on my street serves better-tasting hygienic sandwiches. The staff was almost mechanical. - by

I gifted my brother business class travel as he went to study abroad in Canada. And, from his sharing, I realised he enjoyed the experience thoroughly. The staff was warm and well-trained, checking in regularly on all passengers. The food was delicious, the in-flight entertainment was great, and the whole ambience was awesome. Thanks, BA for making this experience special for my brother! - by

The staff on BA’s economy class from Riyadh to Dublin via London was very caring. I was traveling with my 11-month-old and was a little anxious about the trip. However, the staff in the flight took such great care of us! Stewardess held and played with the baby, so I could use the washroom and even enjoy my meal in peace. The only time the baby cried for 10 minutes or so. The staff reassured me it was fine and asked how they could help. I was aware some passengers were upset, but no one complained. Looking forward to my return journey with them. - by

I have been traveling with BA since I was 5 yrs old, about 30 years ago. It is one of my preferred airlines and I recommend it without any qualms. Just don’t expect great meals from them anymore, and you will be fine. - by
