You may carry checked luggage of up to 30 kgs per adult on flights from and to Dubai and Muscat. On IndiGo’s other international routes, the baggage allowance is 20 kgs. Hand baggage must not weigh more than 7 kgs and the dimensions must not exceed 55 x 35 x 25cms. Travelers will be charged per kilogram of excess baggage allowance during check-in. Passengers flying to and from the Middle East, Singapore, Bangkok, and Kathmandu do not have the option to use IndiGo’s Web check-in facility. This facility is only available for flights within India.
