15 years ago when I was 12, I traveled for the first time on Turkish Airlines with my Dad. In these 15 years, Turkish airlines remain my favorite, even though I have traveled on some of the plushest airlines. The friendly and cultured staff of Turkish sets them apart. The way they take care of kids, senior citizens and pregnant women are heartwarming. When I had to travel with my family, I chose TA for this reason. - by

My work has frequently traveled to Europe and the Middle East, and my experience of flying with Turkish Airlines has always been stress-free. However, last time my flight got canceled, and I was booked on another flight. The staff was confused and didn’t help me. Eventually, I had to book on another airline at a higher price, and the refund came after 10 days. I hope it was just a one-off experience! - by

I recently traveled with my pet parrot to Europe and loved how easy the process was to get my pet on board. Traveling with pets can be tricky, but Turkish Airlines has all possibilities within regulations to ensure pets can travel safely and easily. And the staff is trained well to interact with pets. Also, the passengers on board were friendly towards my pet. So if you want to travel with your pet, this airline is probably the best choice present today. - by

I want to appreciate the Business Class staff of Turkish Airlines from Dubai to Istanbul flight. Before the flight, I was very dehydrated and weak due to a sudden stomach upset. I was not sure how I would make it through 4 hours of my flight. But the staff took notice of my situation and offered meds and soothing custom meals that helped me a lot. I could even catch a refreshing nap. Staff kept an eye out for me and checked-in regularly. Very thankful! - by

My first experience of traveling on Turkish Airlines was awe-inspiring. I traveled from Sharjah to London with a stopover in Istanbul. Not only was the price very competitive, but the commuting time was also much lesser than other flights in the same price range. I loved the cleanliness of the aircraft and how the staff followed all guidelines. The staff was friendly and very polite. The meals were great! I think I will consider flying with them again. - by
